Our job in the­se sce­na­ri­os na­tu­ral­ly va­ries ac­cor­ding to the task – we take on the role of neu­tral app­rai­sers, ad­vi­sers, ar­bi­tra­tors or me­dia­tors. In the pro­cess, the va­lua­ti­on is per­for­med ac­cor­ding to the prin­ci­ples of busi­ness va­lua­ti­on set out by the In­sti­tu­te of Ger­man Pu­blic Au­di­tors (IDW Stan­dard S 1), or ac­cor­ding to sim­pli­fied me­thods as spe­ci­fied in the re­spec­tive contract.
